First Stage

• Uses the DST first stage.
• Unique over-balanced diaphragm design – as the diver descends, the over-balancing feature allows the medium pressure gas in the hose to increase at a faster rate than ambient, resulting in superior performance at depth.
• 2 HP ports and 4 MP ports on a rotating turret are angled for optimal hose routing.
• An environmental dry system keeps water out of the main spring chamber, preventing ice buildup and keeping silt and contamination out.

Second Stage

• Pneumatically-balanced second stage provides smooth, easy breathing.
• The XTX purge buttons are large and easy to operate. A 2-stage progressive purge is used – press the side button for a lower flow rate, useful where more control is required (e.g., filling lift bags), then press the center for the full purge effect, such as when clearing the regulator.
• The large Venturi lever has a soft-touch rubber grip, making it easy to locate and use. The lever reduces grit ingress, ensuring smooth operation without friction.
• Easy-to-grip opening effort control knob keeps the diver in control.
• The second stage has active infection protection, as all molded parts contain an additive that kills MRSA, protects against E-Coli, bacteria, and fungi, and is also highly effective against viruses, mold, yeast, and algae.
• A silicone exhaust valve improves regulator breathing performance.
• The Comfo-bite™ mouthpiece virtually eliminates jaw fatigue.
• A patented heat exchanger surrounding the valve mechanism dissipates the cold caused by gas expansion while drawing in warmth from the ambient water.
