First Stage 

The 62X TBP first stage is the first Mares model equipped with a dual piston anti-freeze kit. It also features AST (Auto Sealing Technology), which protects the first stage from water ingress, and a DFC (Dynamic Flow Control) system that ensures high, consistent airflow.

Second Stage 

The Atlas second stage features PAD (Pneumatically Assisted Design) combined with the patented VAD (Vortex Assisted Design) system. This combination delivers high airflow and smooth, comfortable breathing at all depths and in extreme temperatures. With no moving parts inside the bypass, the risk of ice crystal formation during cold-water dives is eliminated.

The Atlas second stage includes a large pivoting purge button and an adjustment knob for easy breathing comfort control, even while wearing gloves. A Superflex low-pressure hose ensures excellent comfort thanks to its light weight and flexibility.
