The Mares Freediving Lanyard enhances safety during freediving. It is designed to become an essential piece of equipment for vertical apnea, even during training, thanks to its dual function: didactic (helping maintain the correct vertical position by ensuring a consistent distance from the line during both descent and ascent) and safety-related (keeping the diver continuously connected to the main line throughout the activity).
The 100 cm stainless steel cable is coated with yellow plastic for visibility. It is connected at both ends to the wrist strap and carabiner via two durable swivel joints, preventing twisting during descent and ascent and ensuring greater safety.
