The Polygon 80/65 men’s freediving wetsuit jacket is made from 6.5 mm neoprene, with 8 mm thickness on the chest and arms, and 6.5 mm on the forearms and hood. It is constructed from indigo-colored open-cell neoprene. This open (or split-cell) design provides excellent thermal insulation, as each neoprene cell adheres closely to the skin, significantly reducing water infiltration. The material structure also ensures a high level of softness and outstanding comfort.
Indigo was chosen as the base color for the polygonal pattern printed on the wetsuit. Research shows that fish can detect UV rays, and since indigo is one of the least reflective colors and absorbs UV light, it is ideal for spearfishing. This makes the wearer less visible underwater.
The Polygon 65 wetsuit stands out not only for its design but also for its fit. A pre-shaped cut provides excellent comfort and fit, while a non-slip chest pad includes an internal neoprene shock absorber. The chin area has been redesigned for a better fit to the face, and the VELCRO® beaver tail closure allows precise adjustment.
The compression-resistant open-cell material also enhances breathing capacity thanks to its elasticity and superior thermal properties, making spearfishing easier, safer, and more enjoyable.
